FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Senior
Chaz Harvey (Charlottesville, Va./Miller School) had three hits, including a double, with one run and one RBI as the Randolph-Macon baseball team dropped a 9-4 decision at Mary Washington on Wednesday afternoon.

How It Happened:
- The Yellow Jackets got on the scoreboard in the top of the first. Sophomore Jon Quici (Paoli, Pa./Conestoga) drew a leadoff walk, went to second on a wild pitch and scored on a two-out single by Harvey to give the visitors the early 1-0 edge.
- The Eagles put up two in the bottom of the frame before RMC responded in the top of the second. Freshman CJ Chatterton (Rockville, Md./Georgetown Prep) reached on a one-out error, was sacrificed to second by junior Jordan Hill (Norfolk, Va./Granby) and came home on a base hit by Quici to even the score at 2-2.
- UMW plated four in the third and two in the fourth before the Yellow Jackets put up a crooked number in the sixth. Harvey had a leadoff double, went to third on an infield single by Chatterton and scored on a two-out base hit by Hill. Quici singled to drive home Chatterton to make it 8-4.
- The Eagles added a run in the seventh to make the final 9-4.
