ASHLAND, Va. - Women's Soccer hosted Randolph for Senior Day Saturday afternoon in a pivotal ODAC matchup. Thanks to outstanding play from the Senior Class, RMC defeated Randolph 5-0.

How it Happened
- The Yellow Jackets started off the match, controlling the pace of play both offensively and defensively. In the fifth minute, RMC got on the board with a shot outside the box from Madison Blanchard (Virginia Beach, Va./Frank W. Cox) into the top right corner of the goal.
- Randolph-Macon continued the offensive pressure and doubled their lead in the 22nd minute. Maddie Stubblefield (Mechanicsville, Va./Mechanicsville) had a free kick just outside the box, which she booted into the back of the net, beating Randolph keeper Rachel Fields.
- In the 35th minute, RMC grabbed one more goal before the half on a pass from Ally Spangler (Daleville, Va./Lord Botetourt) that connected with Natalie Moxey (Fairfax, Va./Robinson), who shot over Fields' reach and into the back of the net.
- The Yellow Jackets came out of halftime with three chances to net the fourth goal of the match; however could not convert. During the 65th minute, Alexa Stohr (Fredericksburg, Va./Massaponax) drew a foul inside the box for a penalty kick, which she slotted past Fields, extending the lead to 4-0.
- Eight minutes later, RMC tallied the fifth and final goal of the match after Spangler connected with Jackie Wenzlik (Durham, N.C./Riverside), who sent the ball into the left side of the goal from outside the box. The Yellow Jackets continued to control the pace of the match and closed out the afternoon with a 5-0 victory on Senior Day.

- The Yellow Jackets outshot the Wildcats 27-5 overall and held an advantage of 14-3 in shots on goal.
- Corner kicks across the match were even, with each team recording three.
