ASHLAND, Va. – The Randolph-Macon football team moved up to #20 in the latest AFCA Coaches Poll, presented by Hudl.
The Yellow Jackets also jumped back into the D3football.com Top-25, following being in the receiving votes category for the last month. The team moved back into the #25 slot, as three different institutions dropped out of the poll.
Randolph-Macon improved to 5-1 overall and 4-0 in the ODAC this past Saturday with a 77-20 home victory over Averett. The Lemon and Black scored the most points in a single game (77) since scoring 78 points against Shepherd University during the 1921 season.
The Yellow Jackets will travel to Guilford on Saturday, Oct. 18, for a 1 p.m. ODAC contest.
