ASHLAND, Va. – Randolph-Macon women's soccer saw seven different players score in a 10-0 commanding home victory over Hollins to begin conference play on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened
- Randolph-Macon came out aggressive offensively in the first half, sending five shots at Hollins goalkeeper T Shover that she stopped all five in the first six minutes. Lora Bertram (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) took two one touch passes from Lillian Holt (Roanoke, Va./Patrick Henry) and Lauren Brokaw (Glen Allen, Va/Glen Allen) to beat Shover in the seventh minute to give the Yellow Jackets a 1-0 lead.
- Bertram netted her second goal in the 12th minute on an entry pass from Alexa Stohr (Fredericksburg, Va./Massaponax) to double the lead to 2-0 for the Lemon and Black.
- Less than two minutes later, the goals kept coming for Randolph-Macon, as Stohr added her name to the score sheet with a goal that was assisted by Brokaw.
- The Lemon and Black capped off the first twenty minutes with their fourth goal, this time by Brokaw on an unassisted goal.
- Holt found substitute Ally Spangler (Daleville, Va./Lord Botetourt) in the box with another slip pass to score the Randolph-Macon fifth goal of the game in the 23rd minute.
- Spangler netted her second goal of the game in the 35th minute on an unassisted goal. Natalie Moxey (Fairfax, Va./Robinson) joined the fun just eleven seconds after the Spangler goal with one of her own that was assisted by Ariel Farmer (Chesterfield, Va./Clover Hill) to up the lead to 7-0.
- Spangler recorded her hat-trick goal in the 39th minute, as she scored all three of her goals in a 16 minute span. Farmer added the ninth and final goal of the first half with a assisted goal by Anna Turk (Radford, Va./Radford).
- Randolph-Macon scored one final goal in the second half, as Thalia Outhouk (Falls Church, Va./Justice) recorded her first career goal in the 57th minute.

- Randolph-Macon had 36 shots in the game, compared to the one that Hollins tallied. The Yellow Jackets put 21 shots on frame to the Hollins one in 90 minutes.
