GREENSBORO, N.C. – Randolph-Macon women's soccer took the advantage early in the first half, but a late second half goal by Guilford was enough to end the match with a 1-1 draw.

How it Happened
- In the 23rd minute, Randolph-Macon was fouled just outside of the box and looked for an opportunity to use a set piece. Lauren Brokaw (Glen Allen, Va./Glen Allen) took matters into her own hands to score in the upper left corner of the goal from the foul spot.
- Guilford, looking to find the equalizer quickly after the Yellow Jackets goal, would send two shots on goal in the next ten minutes. Zoe Long (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian) denied both attempts by the Quakers to preserve the lead at 1-0 heading into halftime.
- In the second half, Guilford found the goal they needed in the 70th minute, as the Yellow Jackets were caught in transition and Mya Rivera found the back of the net to set the score to 1-1.
- Lora Bertram (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) had a great chance to give the Lemon and Black the lead in the 82nd minute, as her shot was turned away by Ady Franken. The Quakers would also have a great chance to take the lead in the 89th minute, but Long collected the shot from Carmen Ellis to preserve the 1-1 draw.

- Randolph-Macon and Guilford both had eight shots in the game. The Quakers held a slim advantage in shots on goal with five to the Yellow Jackets four.
- Guilford tallied five corner opportunities, to the three that Randolph-Macon produced.
- Brokaw scored the lone goal for the Yellow Jackets in the game. The goal is her fifth of the season in just six games.
- Long made four saves in 90 minutes for the Yellow Jackets.
For the Record
- This game does not count as a conference game, in part because the ODAC has unbalanced scheduling.
- The draw now marks the 14th straight game in which the Yellow Jackets have not lost to Guilford, dating back to the 2011 season.
