SALEM, Va. – Randolph-Macon women's soccer had six different players find the back of the net in the first half, as the Yellow Jackets recorded their first conference win over Hollins 6-0.

How it Happened
	- The Yellow Jackets didn't waste time to find the back of the net and take the lead 1-0. Riley Russ (Virginia Beach, Va/Princess Anne) guided the ball to her teammate Lauren Brokaw (Glen Allen, Va./Glen Allen) in the box to get it past the Hollins net-minder in the fifth minute.  
 
	- Randolph-Macon's Olivia Owens (Salisbury, Md./James M. Bennett) scored the second goal of the game a couple of minutes later on an unassisted goal to double the lead for the Lemon and Black 2-0. 
 
	- Russ notched a goal in the ninth minute on an assist from Owens, to total three goals for the Yellow Jackets in the first ten minutes of the first half. 
 
	- The offensive explosion continued in the 17th minute, as Jordan Foley (Charlottesville, Va./Monticello) scored her first goal of the season, assisted by Ally Spangler (Daleville, Va./Lord Botetourt).
 
	- In the 32nd minute, Ariel Farmer (Chesterfield, Va./Clover Hill) found the back of the net for Randolph-Macon to represent the fifth goal of the first half. 
 
	- Lillian Holt (Roanoke, Va./Patrick Henry) tallied the sixth and final goal for RMC in the 35th minute of the game, as Emily Smith (Roanoke, Va./Northside) assisted the goal, to total six goals for the Lemon and Black in the first 40 minutes. 
 
Inside the Numbers
	- The Yellow Jackets edged Hollins in shots on goal 11-to-0. 
 
	- Randolph-Macon tallied 12 corner kicks in 90 minutes.
 
	- Hollins was held to zero shots in the game, as Zoe Long (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian) and Erin Morris (Manchester, N.H./Bishop Guertin) didn't see a shot in 90 minutes. 
 
	- Russ and Owens both tallied a goal and an assist.
 
	- Brokaw, Foley, Farmer and Holt all scored for the Yellow Jackets. 
 
	- Smith and Spangler both ended the afternoon with an assist.
