Box Score BANNER ELK, N.C. – The Randolph-Macon men's volleyball team took the road to North Carolina to square off with Lees-McRae for a Saturday afternoon match. The Bobcats swept the Yellow Jackets in straight sets to earn the home win.

How it Happened:
- RMC jumped out to a 2-1 lead to open the first set, but LMC took control shortly after. The Yellow Jackets couldn't regain the lead as the Bobcats slowly extended it throughout the set and eventually won 25-14.
- The second set was tight at the beginning, as RMC led 4-2 after a kill by Sean Cunningham (Virginia Beach, Va./Kempsville). After RMC held a 8-7 lead, LMC took control with a 5-0 run to re-gain the lead and extend it. RMC responded with a 3-1 run of their own, but it was all LMC from that point on. The Bobcats extended their lead out to seven and won the second set 25-20.
- RMC battled through the beginning of set three, chipping away at LMC but were unable to take the lead, despite tying it multiple times. The Bobcats were able to go on a 5-1 run to break the set open. Jarrett Carrano (Beaverdam, Va./Patrick Henry) picked up a kill that brought the lead to four, but LMC finished the set with four straight points to sweep RMC.
By the Numbers:
- Jarrett Carrano led the way with eight kills and a .263 hitting percentage.
- Sean Cunningham led the Jackets with two solo blocks. The two blocks tie him for the team lead in solo blocks on the season.
- Kody Rogan (Chesapeake, Va./Hickory) assisted on 19 of the 23 kills for the Yellow Jackets in the match.
