Box Score ASHLAND, Va. – Sophomore Hunter Cole (Norfolk, Va./Granby) had three hits, including a homer, and scored twice as the 24th-ranked and third-seeded Randolph-Macon baseball team fell 7-3 to sixth-seeded Roanoke on Monday afternoon in Game 2 of the ODAC Championship Quarterfinal Series.

How It Happened:
- Yellow Jacket starter Hayden Snelsire (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) retired the first six Maroons in order before RC plated four in the third, of which three were unearned.
- Cole homered with one away in the top of the fourth, his ninth dinger of the season, to make it a 4-1 contest.
- RC added three in the fifth to go up 7-1.
- Sophomore Wyatt Stanley (Beaverdam, Va./Patrick Henry) pitched the final three innings for R-MC with one hit, no walks and three strikeouts.
- Freshman Aaron Lautenschlager (Purcellville, Va./Loudoun Valley) delivered a two-run single in the ninth to bring home senior Spencer Pietruszynski (Williamsburg, Va./Jamestown) and Cole to make the final 7-3.
