FROSTBURG, Md. – The Randolph-Macon field hockey team lost 4-0 to Frostburg State in the opening game of the Frostburg State Invitational.

Freshman goalkeeper Katie Thompson (Burke, Va./ Lake Braddock) recorded 17 saves in the game. This marks the second game in a row with 17 saves, making her total 34 saves in two games.

Leading in shots for the Yellow Jackets was freshman Taylor Acevedo (Mullica Hill, N.J./ Kingsway Regional) with two shots.

The Yellow Jackets will be back tomorrow to play Ohio Wesleyan at 10:30 a.m. at Frostburg State.
