WINCHESTER, Va. – Second-seeded Shenandoah scored with 39 seconds remaining to eke out a 1-0 win over the seventh-seeded Randolph-Macon women's soccer team Wednesday evening in the quarterfinals of the ODAC Tournament.

The Yellow Jackets end the season with an 8-9 mark.

The Hornets (13-6-1) outshot R-MC 11-3 in the first half, but the contest remained scoreless at intermission. The Yellow Jackets had two shots in the second stanza, but were unable to cash in.

Senior Elizabeth Blanco (Ashburn, Va./Stone Bridge) recorded nine saves for R-MC, including five in the first half and four in the second.

Senior Meghan O'Neal (Richmond, Va./Mills Godwin) paced the Yellow Jackets with two shots and both were on goal. Seniors Sam Tyler (Colonial Heights, Va./Colonial Heights) and Lindsey Hall (Glen Allen, Va./Deep Run) also had shots on goal for Randolph-Macon.
