As a senior (2015): Named a Third Team All-ODAC selection...Tyler started all 17 games in her senior season as a midfielder for R-MC...She finished the season third on the team in points with nine...Tyler tallied three goals and three assists on the season...She recorded a goal and an assist against Eastern Mennonite (10/13) and Randolph (10/29)...Tyler registered the game-winning goal against Emory & Henry (9/19)...She finished the season second on the team with 20 shots on goal.  

As a junior (2014): Tyler started all 18 games in her third season in the midfield for the Yellow Jackets...She scored the game-winning goal at Hollins (10/4) to claim a 1-0 victory...She tallied five shots on goal for the season...Sam was named to the ODAC All-Academic Team for her accomplishments in the classroom.

As a sophomore (2013): Tyler played in all 18 games, earning 17 starts as a midfielder… She had a team-high four goals on 19 attempts and nine shots on-goal (.474).

As a freshman (2012):  Tyler made an appearance in 12 games at the midfield position during her rookie season...She tallied two shots, including one on goal on the season.

Personal: Tyler lettered all four years in soccer and three in cross country and basketball at Colonial Heights High School…She helped lead her cross country team to three District Championships and she earned All-District Honors in soccer and basketball…Sam was also a member of the National Honor Society.
