ASHLAND, Va. – The Randolph-Macon women's soccer team battled to a scoreless tie with the Seahawks of St. Mary's on Saturday afternoon at the R-MC Soccer Field.

The Yellow Jackets (4-1-1) finished the game with 17 shots, and eight shots on goal. Junior Meghan O'Neal (Richmond, VA / Mills Godwin) led the way with four shots, all of them on goal. Freshman Mia Heydet (Colonial Heights, VA) finished the game three shots, with two of them coming on goal. 

Junior Elizabeth Blanco (Ashburn, VA / Stone Bridge) finished the game in goal for the Yellow Jackets, tallying 11 saves.

Randolph-Macon will take the field next on September 24 for a 4:15 p.m. ODAC home game against Shenandoah.
