As a sophomore (2015): Heydet appeared in eight games in her second season for R-MC...She recorded one shot against Eastern Mennonite (10/13).  

As a freshman (2014): Heydet appeared in 18 games with two starts in her first season as a forward for the Yellow Jackets...Mia recorded two goals and two assists on the season...She tallied 19 shots for the season, 11 of which were on goal (fifth on the team).

Personal: Mia attended Colonial Heights High School where she played soccer, volleyball,  basketball and track...In 2013, Heydet helped her team claim the 2013 VCCL Championship-Chesterfield United ASL Academy...Mia was the recipient of the 2014 US Marine Corps Athletic Achievement Award...She was awarded First Team All-District, and Offensive Player of the Year honors in her sophomore, junior and senior year...Heydet was also recognized for her academic accomplishments by receiving All-Academic honors...Mia held the public relations officer role in DECA from 2010-2014 and attended the 2014 DECA State Leadership Conference for Sports and Entertainment Marketing...Mia intends to major in sociology.
