Box Score ASHLAND, VA – The Randolph-Macon Volleyball team improved
to 12-1 overall on the season and 4-1 in the ODAC with a 3-0
victory over visiting Sweet Briar on Wednesday night.
R-M C, which won by games scores of 25-12, 25-14, 25-23, got a
team-high eight kills from Jessica Sears,
while Mallory Carter
and Raena
Winton each had seven kills in the win. Sam Block dished out
13 assists and Maggie Holbert
had 12 in one game of action. Tori Puryear added five aces on the
night for R-MC.
Defensively, Kelli Tarleton
had eight digs and Casey West had two
total blocks.
Randolph-Macon will be back in action on Saturday when it
travels to Guilford for a 1:00 p.m. ODAC match.
