Randolph-Macon College

Lamb enters her third season as an assistant coach for Randolph-Macon women's soccer.

The Yellow Jackets went 11-5-4 in Lamb's first season at Randolph-Macon and made a trip to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Semifinal match to cap off a successful 2024 season. 

Outside of Randolph-Macon, in 2024 lamb coached the Richmond Strikers 06/07 groups. In 2025, she is coaching the Richmond United 08 and 09 groups.

Lamb spent the past two seasons at Juniata College as an assistant coach where she specialized in recruiting and managing team affairs with travel and player fitness. Lamb began her collegiate coaching career with a season at her alma mater, Chowan University, as the graduate assistant for the women's soccer team during the spring 2022 season. 

She began her collegiate soccer playing career at Monroe College, a junior college in New Rochelle, New York. Her time at Monroe College was lucrative as Lamb was a part of the 2018 NJCAA Division I National Championship team and 2019 National Runner-Up squad. Lamb finished her playing career at Division-II Chowan University in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. 

Lamb earned both her Master's degree in organizational leadership and Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Chowan University. At Monroe, she completed an Associate's degree in Sports Management. Lamb has earned her USSF D License from U.S. Soccer.
