Biography

As a sophomore (’16): Played in two games for the Yellow Jackets… Saw game action versus Dickinson and Maryville. 

As a freshman (2015): Alvarez appeared in six games in her first season on defense for the Yellow Jackets...She recorded her first collegiate goal against Hollins on Oct. 25...She helped the team tally eight shutouts on the season. 

Personal: Alvarez attended Coral Springs Charter School where she played soccer and ran track and field...She was named Rookie of the Year in 2012 and led the team in goals in 2014-15...Alvarez was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Government Association and received the Upperclassmen Leadership Award...She intends to pursue a degree in psychology.
