As a junior (2015): Kroll appeared in 34 games, starting 31 of them in his third season for the Yellow Jackets…He tallied 108 at bats, 12 runs, 38 hits, 19 RBIs, and two homeruns…Michael also notched 198 putouts and eight assists as a first basemen…Michael achieved a season-high two hits and three RBI on two different occasions during the season.
As a sophomore (2014): Member of the ODAC All-Academic Team...had 27 appearances with 13 starts for R-MC...recorded a batting average of .241 and on base percentage of 0.305 with 13 hits, six runs, six RBI and four walks.
As a freshman (2013): Appeared in 29 games with 24 starts for the Yellow Jackets...recorded 23 hits, 16 runs, one homerun against Eastern Mennonite (4/7) and 18 RBI...registered a .235 batting average...earned eight walks...recorded an on base percentage of 0.306.
Personal: Michael attended Cape Henry Collegiate School where he earned one varsity letter in basketball, four in soccer and five in baseball ... He helped lead his soccer team to a TCIS (Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools) Championship title in 2011 ... He led his baseball team to two State Championship titles in 2010 and 2012 ... He was also a member of his high school's National French Honor Society.
