Moore completed his first season as an assistant coach at RMC in 2024. He worked with the wide receivers.

Following the record-setting season of 2023, RMC posted seven straight conference wins to earn its 15th ODAC championship, the most in conference history. The Yellow Jackets were ranked No. 15 in the NCAA Power Index (NPI) and earned a bye in the first round of the NCAA Championship. RMC would host No. 23 Washington & Jefferson in the second round. The Yellow Jackets rallied from a 14-0 deficit to record a 38-22 victory. RMC joined Mount Union, North Central and Wartburg as the only programs to reach the Round of 16 in 2022, 2023 and 2024. The season would end for the Yellow Jackets at No. 3 Salisbury.

RMC is one of three programs in NCAA Division III with nine or more wins in each of the past six full seasons (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024), joining Mount Union and North Central. The Yellow Jackets have a 44-3 ODAC record since 2018 (.936) and own a 48-5 overall record since 2020 (.906). Since 2018, RMC has the highest winning percentage (.868) of any college program at all levels on the East Coast (including Pennsylvania and New York) except for the University of Georgia.

The previous year, Moore was an offensive graduate assistant at Youngstown State University. He worked directly with the quarterbacks and helped the Penguins reach the FCS Playoffs.

During the 2022-23 academic year, Moore was an offensive graduate assistant at Division II Wheeling University. He assisted with the wide receivers.

Moore was a quarterback at Mount Union from 2018-21. The Purple Raiders won four OAC titles and finished second in the 2018 NCAA Championship. Moore was a Dean’s List student and member of the All-OAC Academic Team. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Business and a minor in Business in 2021.

In 2023, Moore received a Master of Business Administration from Wheeling.
