As a senior (’16):  Saw action in four games for the Yellow Jackets at DE.

As a junior (2015): Played in eight of the 10 games for the Yellow Jackets... Grubbs recorded 16 total tackles, 12 of which were unassisted... He recorded a season high seven tackles in the game against Catholic... Grubbs tallied three tackles for loss, two of which were sacks.

As a sophomore (2014): Appeared in one game for the Yellow Jackets. Grubbs played in a 42-21 home win over Catholic.
