As a Sophomore (2014): Michael was named a member of the ODAC All-Academic Team

Personal: Michael attended Jefferson Forest High School where he earned four varsity letters in both football and baseball ... During his baseball career, he helped lead his team to four Seminole District Championship titles ... In 2010 and 2011, Michael's batting average was over .400 and he was awarded All-District First Team, First Team All-Area and All-Region Second Team ... He was also a member of his high schools National Honor Society and Science National Honors Society ... Michael intends to pursue a degree in Business/Economics.
