Biography

As a Junior - 2018:

  • ODAC All-Academic Team
  • Appeared in 13 games for the Yellow Jackets in the 2018 season.
  • Held a 1-0 record on the mound with a 3.86 ERA
  • In 11.2 innings pitched, gave up only 8 hits and 1 walk
  • Recorded 7 strikeouts on the season 

As a Sophomore - 2017:

  • Appeared in 7 games out of the bullpen
  • Walked 1 and struck out 5 in 8.0 innings of work
  • Fanned 2 in 1 inning at Ferrum

As a Freshman - 2016: In his rookie season, Lachance made one appearance on the mound against Huntingdon (2/6).

Personal: Attended Centreville High School where he earned Honorable Mention honors as both a pitcher and third baseman...Lachance maintained a 3.0 or higher GPA throughout his time at Centreville and intends to major in history.

Lachance's brother, Kevin, plays baseball at UMBC.
