Biography

As a sophomore (2016): In his second season with the Yellow Jackets, Walker made an appearance on the mound against York (Pa.) (3/24).

As a freshman (2015): Walker appeared in four games during his rookie season with the Yellow Jackets…He tallied two assists against New Paltz (3/12)… Blake pitched a total of two innings, tallying one strikeout.

Personal: Blake attended Northumberland High School where he played baseball and basketball...In 2014, Blake helped his baseball team claim the conference, regional and state championships...In his senior season, Blake was named First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Region and First Team All-State as a pitcher...He was a four-time Conference 43 All-Academic Team selection...Blake's grandfather, Billy Walker '53, and uncle, Jack Walker '85, played baseball for Randolph-Macon...Blake intends to major in business/economics.
