ASHLAND, Va. – Head Coach Jessica Weiss has announced the hiring of Natalie Fyock as an Assistant Coach on the Randolph-Macon field hockey staff.

"I am excited about the additional of Natalie to our staff," said Head Coach Weiss. "She is a great, young mind with a high level of coaching and playing experience, who is eager to help elevate our program. Her familiarity with the ODAC, local and regional hockey, and Randolph-Macon, plus her passion for the game, made her transition to the staff seamless. Natalie was a valuable addition during the spring season, and I look forward to having her in a more consistent role this fall."

Most recently, Fyock served as a Head Club Coach with Elevate Field Hockey Club in Richmond, working with U14, U16 and U19 athletes while assisting student-athletes through the college recruiting process.

Prior to joining Elevate, Fyock coached at St. Catherine's School in Richmond, where she served as the head junior varsity coach and guided the team to an undefeated season. She previously served as the Head Varsity Coach at Centennial High School in Ellicott City, Md., from 2020-22. During her tenure, she led the program to a 10-0 season and helped establish a strong culture centered around player development and team success.

Fyock arrives in Ashland with coaching experience at the high school, independent school and club levels, along with four years of collegiate playing experience at Shenandoah University. As a Hornet, she served as a three-year varsity athlete and two-year starter. She earned NFHCA National Academic Squad honors all four years she was at Shenandoah and started all 21 games as a senior.

Fyock earned her bachelor's degree in history with a minor in coaching from Shenandoah University in 2020 and a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2025.
