FOREST, Va. – Following the winning its first Old Dominion Athletic Conference title since 2014, Randolph-Macon Women's Golf had five members honored in the ODAC postseason awards.
Junior
Morgan Mussatt (Henrico, Va./Mills Godwin) has been named the conference player of the year. Mussatt is currently ranked as the #31 best player in division III (highest in the ODAC). The junior has recorded a pair of top-three and five top-ten finishes in nine tournaments this season. Mussatt was also named to the All-ODAC first team for the third straight year, following a second place finish at the conference tournament.
Sophomore
Lilly Hall (Yorktown, Va./Liberty University Online Academy) earned All-ODAC first team honors for the second straight season. The sophomore currently ranks #64 in the country as an individual, recording one top-three and two top-ten finishes this season. The reigning ODAC Player and Rookie of the Year placed fourth at the conference tournament this past week.
Junior
Alexis Haller (Louisville, Ky./Louisville Collegiate School) sees her name on the All-ODAC first team for the first time in her career. The junior is currently ranks #65 in the country, totalling one top-three and three top-ten finishes this season. Haller has now been an all-conference golfer in each of her three years, following a third place finish at the conference tournament.
Freshman
Grace Anne Haggerty (Glen Allen, Va./St. Catherine's) was awarded a spot on the All-ODAC second team in her first season at Randolph-Macon. The freshman has placed in the top-ten twice in tournaments this season. Haggerty finished her first conference tournament with a sixth place finish.
Senior
Elli Flinchum (Summerfield, N.C./Rockingham County) rounded out the group, being awarded a spot on the All-ODAC third team for the second time in her career. The senior placed 18th at the conference tournament this past week.
Sophomore
Alex DeRee (Dublin, Ohio./Dublin Coffman) represented the Yellow Jackets with a spot on the ODAC All-Sportmanship team.
Head Coach
Bryan Hearn was named the ODAC Coach of the Year, after leading the team to their first conference title since 2014. Hearn is the first Yellow Jacket head coach to be given this award since Leighann Albaugh won the award in 2014.
The Lemon and Black earned the ODAC's automatic entry into the Division III Women's Golf Championship. The full field of teams and selected individual players is slated to be released by 6:00 p.m. ET on Monday, May 11, on NCAA.com.
