HUNTINGTON, Pa. – After winning two of their three matches in the Stevenson Tournament this past weekend, the Yellow Jackets were picked at No. 20 in the most recent Frog Jump poll.
The Lemon and Black first traveled to Owings Mills, Md., where they defeated Mount Union 3-1, followed by another 3-1 victory against Nichols. In the contest against Mount Union, Randolph-Macon totaled 126 attacks, 64 digs, 52 kills and 46 assists, all of which were single-match season-highs. On the second day of play, RMC closed out the tournament with a tough loss against Lancaster Bible in Lancaster, Pa.
Extending back to the 2025 season, the Yellow Jackets have won 15 of their last 18 regular season matches, including wins in seven of their last eight overall. Furthermore, after completing their 10th match of the season on Saturday, the 2026 Yellow Jackets earned their best record in program history through the first 10 games of a single season (9-1).
This week, RMC will head to Lynchburg, Va., where it will face Randolph in its second ODAC contest of the season on Wednesday, February 18, at 7:00 p.m.
