GREENSBORO, N.C.. - Randolph-Macon Women's Swimming was well represented on the All-ODAC teams following the final day of the ODAC Championships, finishing second in the meet.

Individual Highlights

• Kierra Parsons (Akron, Pa./Ephrata) began the day with a third-place finish in the 1650 free with a time of 17:44.55. Brooklyn DeCann (Huntersville, N.C./Lincoln Charter) finished sixth in 18:11.91, while Abby Kozlowski (Bel Air, Md./Notre Dame Prep) finished 12^th in 19:09.84.
• Kelsey James (Virginia Beach, Va./First Colonial), Hannah Loyd (Virginia Beach, Va./Ocean Lakes), Reese Painter (Houston, Texas/Duchesne Academy of Sacred Heart), and Kozlowski finished in the final four spots of the A final in the 200 backstroke.
• Cayden Fix (Barboursville, Va./William Monroe) took the third spot in the consolation final in the 100 free in 54.13, while Sophie Sullivan (Richmond, Va./Saint Catherine's) finished fifth in 54.20.
  Anna Sprott (Hampton, Va./Peninsula Catholic) finished fifth in the 200 breaststroke in 2:26.08. Sophia Hanson (Hamilton, Va./Woodgrove) took seventh with a time of 2:28.83. Madi Reed (Stephens City, Va./Sherando) and Teaghan McNeill (Knightdale, N.C./Enloe) took third and fourth in the B final.
• Caroline Russell (Lynchburg, Va./EC Glass) finished fourth in the 200 fly with a time of 2:11.18. Tess Williams (Midlothian, Va./James River) and Ava Sanders (Chesterfield, Va./Cosby) finished third and sixth in the B final, respectively.

Relay Highlights

• RMC took third place in the 400 free relay, as the team of James, Painter, Fix, and Sullivan finished with a time of 3:36.09 to earn a spot on the podium.

ODAC Awards

• Head Coach Brent Kintzer was named ODAC Women's Swimming Coach of the Year for the second time in his career (2019).
• Sophia Hanson was named to the All-ODAC first team.
• Kelsey James, Kierra Parsons, Caroline Russell, Anna Sprott, and Sophie Sullivan garnered All-ODAC Second Team Honors.
• Brooklyn DeCann, Hannah Loyd, and Teaghan McNeill were named to the All-ODAC Third Team.
