GREENSBORO, N.C. - Randolph-Macon women's swimming completed day three at the ODAC championships in Greensboro, North Carolina, on Friday evening. Through 24 events in the 2026 ODAC Championships, Randolph-Macon women's swimming sits third with 353 points.

Individual Highlights

• Caroline Russell (Lynchburg, Va./EC Glass) earned a third-place finish in the 400 Medley with a time of 4:38.35. Izzie Check (Williamsburg, Va./Bruton) finished seventh with a time of 4:47.35. In the "B" final, Ava Sanders (Chesterfield, Va./Cosby) finished third with a time of 5:11.01.
• During the 100 Fly, Sophie Sullivan (Richmond, Va./Saint Catherine's) set a new school record and finished fourth with a time of 58.41. The Previous record was set in the 2021-22 season at 58.62 seconds. In the "B" final, Avery Swenson (Chester, Va./Monacan), Madi Reed (Stephens City, Va./Sherando) and Annika Rogerson (Goochland, Va./Goochland) finished in the top four with a time of 1:00.03, 1:00.61 and 1:01.32. Tess Williams (Midlothian, Va./James River) finished seventh with a time of 1:02.50.  
• In the 200 Free, Hannah Loyd (Virginia Beach, Va./Ocean Lakes) earned a fourth-place finish with a time of 1:57.19. Reese Painter (Houston, Texas/Duchesne Academy of Sacred Heart) finished eighth with a time of 1:57.69 for a new personal best. In the "B" final, Hannah VanVelzor (Norwalk, Conn./Christchurch School) finished sixth with a time of 2:03.32. Brooklyn DeCann (Huntersville, N.C./Lincoln Charter) finished third with a time of 1:58.97.
• Anna Sprott (Hampton, Va./Peninsula Catholic) finished the 100 Breast with a time of 1:06.60, earning fifth place. Teaghan McNeill (Knightdale, N.C./Enloe) finished in 1:07.55 for a sixth-place finish.
• Kelsey James (Virginia Beach, Va./First Colonial) had an outstanding swim in the 100 Back, finishing with a time of 58.53 seconds, earning second place. Abby Kozlowski (Bel Air, Md./Notre Dame Prep) finished third with a time of 59.16 seconds. In the "B" final, Rogerson finished third with a time of 1:02.45. Mary Kathryn Stum (North Beach, Md./Northern) earned a fifth-place finish with a time of 1:03.19.

Relay Highlights

• The 200 Medley Relay team of James, Sprott, Reed and Sullivan earned a third-place finish, tying the school record with a time of 1:47.34.
