Jabril Robinson led a second half charge as Randolph-Macon Men's Basketball topped Lynchburg, 70-53, in a road ODAC contest on Saturday to extend the win streak to 17 straight games.

How it Happened
- Lynchburg scored the first basket of the game, but Malcolm Hodges (Richmond, Va./Monacan) answered to knot the score at two. The Hornets scored the next six points to take an 8-2 lead, which they held through a 19-12 advantage. The Yellow Jackets were able to cut the deficit to two at 19-17 and then took the lead with a 9-0 run to end the half to take a 26-22 lead into the break. Lynchburg did not score over the final 5:23 of the first half after holding a 22-17 lead.
- Jabril Robinson (Rockville, Md./South Kent Prep) went on an 8-0 run by himself after starting the second half with two three pointers and a layup. RMC's lead grew to 15 at 39-24 just three minutes into the frame to seize momentum. Lynchburg got the deficit down to nine just one minute later before RMC stormed back out to their largest lead of the day at 52-33. RMC led by 12 with 5:09 remaining but that was as close as it got as RMC rolled to the finish line, capped off by a Vincent Payne (Frederick, Md./St. Maria Goretti) three ball to finish a 70-53 victory.
Inside the Numbers
- Robinson led all scorers with 19 points, hitting five threes. He also had five assists, three steals, and one block.
- Keishawn Pulley Jr. (Richmond, Va./St. Christopher's School) finished with 16 points.
- Hodges was the third Jackets player with double digit points with 10 to couple with five rebounds.
- Joe Bachman (Wilmington, N.C./Greensboro Day) grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds along with six points in just 12 minutes.
- RMC finished with 20 assists and forced 20 turnovers.
- The Yellow Jackets had a season-high 16 steals.
