Keishawn Pulley Jr. (Richmond, Va./St. Christopher's School) was close to his first career double-double in huge home victory against #14 Roanoke 66-61.

How it Happened:
- The game began with both teams trading baskets and the lead, lasting over ten minutes in the first half. Liam Joyce (Allentown, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) made a lay-up with 9:19 left in the opening half to tie up the game at 10-10. Caleb Franze led the way for Roanoke, scoring five of his team's first ten points. The Maroons started to knock down long range shots, knocking down three straight three pointers and mounted a 13-4 run to take a 23-14 lead with 5:50 left in the first half. Porter Stanley closed out the Roanoke run with two straight three balls and forced a Randolph-Macon timeout. Theartis Battle (Baltimore, Md./John Carroll) and Theo Antinori (Asheville, N.C./Rabun Gap) led the Yellow Jackets on a quick six point spurt, pulling RMC within one possession at 23-20 with 4:01 left in the half. The Lemon and Black were down 29-25 and Robinson converted a tough lay-up plus the foul shot and the Maroons took a slim 29-28 lead into halftime.
- Roanoke jumped out of the locker room with momentum and scored 10 of the first 15 points, increasing its lead to 39-33 with 16:15 on the clock. Marcus Morgan kept the Maroons ahead by two possessions with a driving lay-up with 14:21 left in regulation, holding the lead at 43-37. The lead did last for long, as Antinori and Battle buried back-to-back three balls and Randolph-Macon tied up the game at 43-43 with 13:32 on the clock. The Yellow Jackets grabbed their first lead since early in the first half with two Antinori free throws, taking advantage at 45-43. Pulley Jr. kept the offensive explosion going with a three pointer at the 10:45 mark, extending the lead for Randolph-Macon to 50-44. Roanoke battled back with a 7-1 run and two Gavin O'Malley lay-ups, tying up the game at 51-51 with 7:42 on the clock. Pulley Jr. and Delani Hammonds (Charlotte, N.C./Ardrey Kell) pushed the Yellow Jackets back in front at 55-51 with made buckets. Marcus Morgan kept the Maroons in the game with multiple lay-ups and with 1:19 left in the game, Randolph-Macon held on to a slim 62-59 lead. Robinson put the game on ice with a made driving lay-up with 17 seconds left in the game, propelling the Yellow Jackets to a 66-61 win.

- Roanoke shot 49.1 percent from the floor, as Randolph-Macon knocked down 44.9 percent of its shots.
- The Yellow Jackets outrebounded the Maroons 34-to-27 in the entire game.

- The Yellow Jackets finished its stretch of five games perfect against opponents either receiving votes or ranked in the national poll. Randolph-Macon defeated three top-15 teams in that stretch (#8 Hampden-Sydney, #9 Christopher Newport and #14 Roanoke).
