The Yellow Jackets went 1-1 in non-conference contests to open the season, then won eight straight ODAC games to capture their fourth straight conference title. Randolph-Macon has won 16 ODAC titles, the most in league history. The Yellow Jackets were No. 19 in the NCAA Power Index (NPI) and took the road to No. 10 John Carroll in the second round. RMC has now made the NCAA tournament for the fourth consecutive year.
The Yellow Jackets have a 52-3 ODAC record since 2018 (.945) and own a 57-7 overall record since 2020 (.890).
