HAMPTON, Va. - Randolph-Macon women's swim jumped into the top three out of eight teams participating in the Yellow Jacket Invitational in Hampton, Va., after day two. RMC totaled 358 points through seven events.

Individual Highlights

• Caroline Russell (Lynchburg, Va./EC Glass) earned a ninth-place finish in the 400 Medley with a time of 4:43.97.
• Hannah Loyd (Virginia Beach, Va./Ocean Lakes) finished in seventh place during the 200 Free with a time of 1:57.91.
• Anna Sprott (Hampton, Va./Peninsula Catholic) finished with a time of 1:08.72, earning a seventh-place finish in the 100 Breast.
• In the 100 Fly, Annika Rogerson (Goochland, Va./Goochland) earned an eighth-place finish with a time of 1:00.24.
• Sophie Sullivan (Richmond, Va./Saint Catherine's) earned a ninth-place finish with a time of 59.23 seconds.
• During the 100 Back, Kelsey James (Virginia Beach, Va./First Colonial) finished fourth with a time of 59.02 seconds.
• In the same event, Abby Kozlowski (Bel Air, Md./Notre Dame Prep) finished sixth with a time of 59.87 seconds.

Relay Highlights

• The 200 Medley relay team, consisting of James, Sprott, Madi Reed (Stephens City, Va./Sherando) and Sullivan, finished with a time of 1:48.77, earning a fifth-place finish. 
• In the same event, the relay team of Kozlowski, Teaghan McNeill (Knightdale, N.C./Enloe), Rogerson and Izzie Check (Williamsburg, Va./Bruton) finished in seventh with a time of 1:51.43.
• The 800 Free Relay team, consisting of Russell, Brooklyn DeCann (Huntersville, N.C./Lincoln Charter), Reese Painter (Houston, Texas/Duchesne Academy of Sacred Heart) and Loyd finished sixth with a time of 8:02.10.
• In the same event, the relay team of Avery Swenson (Chester, Va./Monacan), Maryn Feehs (Lorton, Va./South County), Rogerson and Hannah VanVelzor (Norwalk, Conn./Christchurch School) finished eighth with a time of 8:20.36.
