LEXINGTON, Va. - The Randolph-Macon men's tennis team fell in its opening match of the fall season, losing 7-0 to Washington and Lee on the road Sunday afternoon.

Doubles:
Washington and Lee jumped out to the quick 3-0 lead after taking each of the three doubles points.
Drew Crotts (Cramerton, N.C. Stuart W. Cramer) and
Karsten Palmer (Swepsonville, N.C. River Mill) managed to grab a point in first doubles for the Yellow Jackets, but fell 6-1 to Will Kistler and Evan Erb of Washington and Lee.
Singles:
Julian Monatlik (San Francisco, Calif. Redwood) won two points in first singles and Crotts also took two points in second singles to highlight the Lemon and Black. The Generals were able to complete the 7-0 sweep as they allowed only eight total points for the Yellow Jackets in the match.
