ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. – The Randolph-Macon women's volleyball team defeated N.C. Wesleyan 3-0 on Tuesday night with its fifth consecutive win. Sophomore Mariah Clark (Stuarts Draft, Va./ Rivershead) finished the match with 12 kills on 18 total attacks to lead the team. She also added seven digs and two blocks.

R-MC won the first set versus the Battling Bishops 25-17 and would go on to take the second and third sets 25-14, 25-13, to improve to 6-3 for the season.

Freshman outside hitter Alexia Wolfe (Midlothian, Va./ James River) had another outstanding game for the Yellow Jackets. She was led the team in digs with 10 and was second on the team in kills (10) and points scored (12.5).

Junior Colleen Beaver (Fredericksburg, Va/ Massaponax) led the team in blocks with three, she also added six kills.

Continuing her impressive season was junior Erin Quinn (Morrisville, N.C./ Cardinal Gibbons) who added 36 assists in the win tonight. She also recorded four digs, one block assist and one kill.

R-MC will be back on the court tomorrow night as it hosts Roanoke College at 7:00 p.m. at Crenshaw Gym.
