NORFOLK, Va.—The Jackets (5-9, 3-6 ODAC) defense held a 0-0 tie through the first period before Virginia Wesleyan (8-4-2, 5-3 ODAC) finished the second half with a 2-0 edge this evening in women's soccer play.

While the Yellow Jackets were outshot 33-6, sophomore goalkeeper Elizabeth Blanco (Ashburn, VA / Stone Bridge) tallied 14 saves. Junior Jen LaBarge (Gambrills, MD / South River) finished the day with 3 shots, all on-goal.
