R-MC (0-3) rallied, getting a three-point play from Lamar Giggetts and a three-point field goal from Joe Hassell to make the score 53-49 with 2:05 left on the clock.

Hamilton led R-MC with a career-high 14 points in his first career start. Hassell came off the bench to score 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the floor. Marcus Badger dished out a game-high six assists en route to an all-tournament team selection.
Randolph-Macon shot 33.3% from the field, making 17 of its 51 attempts from the floor, including 7-of-26 from three-point range. Giggetts and Badger each hauled in five rebounds to lead R-MC and help the Jackets to a 38-33 edge on the glass.
