ASHLAND, Va. – Randolph-Macon Men's Basketball finishes the 2025-26 campaign ranked ninth in the final D3hoop.com Top 25 Poll.
The Yellow Jackets finished 27-4 on the year, earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament and advancing to the Sweet 16 round. Randolph-Macon were selected to host the initial weekend of the NCAA tournament where they cruised to a 76-52 win over North Carolina Wesleyan, setting up a second-round matchup with 22nd-ranked TCNJ. They would go on to beat the Lions 68-45 to advance to the program's sixth sweet 16 in the last seven seasons. RMC was selected to host 15th-ranked Christopher Newport in the round of 16, falling 59-57 to the Captains.
Randolph-Maxon captured its ninth straight ODAC regular season crown. The Lemon and Black entered postseason play ranked fourth in the D3hoops.com poll.
Jabril Robinson (Rockville, Md./South Kent Prep) was recognized on the NABC All-District team, as well being named to the All-Region team. The Maryland native would also be a part of the All-ODAC First Team.
Keishawn Pulley Jr. (Richmond, Va./St. Christopher's School) was named as an All-ODAC First Team member and
Theo Antinori (Asheville, N.C./Rabun Gap) would be listed as an All-ODAC Third Team member. Head Coach
Josh Merkel was named ODAC Coach of the Year for the eighth time.
