Amanda Nelms netted the Jackets' only goal as Randolph-Macon Women's soccer tied Randolph College 1-1 in Lynchburg Saturday.

R-MC struck first when sophomore Amanda Nelms found the back of the net unassisted in the 24^th minute.

Randolph answered in the 54^th minute when Tianna Strassner headed in a ball from Marielle Rando.

Yellow Jackets' keeper China Bradley made four of her five saves during the overtime period to keep the Wildcats from scoring the game winning goal.

RC goalie Victoria Johnson stopped 15 shots for the game, two coming in overtime.

Randolph-Macon outshot Randolph 27-8 and held a 15-1 advantage in corner kicks.
