R-MC Picks Up 3-0 ODAC Win over Guilford
ASHLAND, VA - The Randolph-Macon volleyball team ran its record
to 12-1 and 2-0 in the ODAC with a 3-0 home win over ODAC rival
Guilford on Sunday in Ashland. R-MC won by game scores of 25-19,
25-7 and 25-22. Guilford is now 5-7 and 0-2 in the league.
Jessica Sears rattled off a team-high 12 kills and had a
team-best 13 digs defensively for R-MC. Mallory Carter posted nine
kills, while April Hines and Mallory James had eight and seven
kills, respectively in the win. Savanna Love and Sam Block combined
for 29 assists, while Love also record six service aces in the win.
Jill Kubichan added nine digs and Love added eight stops as well.
Randolph-Macon will back at home on Wednesday when it takes on
NC Wesleyan at 7:00 p.m.
