HARRISONGURG, VA - After a nine day layoff, the
Randolph-Macon volleyball team returned to action with a 3-0 ODAC
road win at Eastern Mennonite Tuesday night.
R-MC won by game scores of 25-17, 25-13 and 25-20. The
Jackets got nine kills from Mallory Carter and eight kills from
Raena Winton. Savanna Love and Sam Block had 14 and 13 assists,
respectively in win.
Jill Kubichan led the defense with 14 digs, while
Jessica Sears added 12 stops in the victory. April Hines had five
blocks to go along with seven kills on the offensive side of the
net.
Randolph-Macon will be back in action on
Friday when it travels to Emory & Henry for a 7:00 p.m. ODAC
match.
