Emerson Foster enters her 3rd year on the Yellow Jacket staff during the 2025-26 season working closely with the defense and the goalkeepers.

Foster spent the 2022-23 at Susquehanna University as an assistant coach where she specialized in coaching midfield and defense. She returns to the ODAC after a four-year lacrosse career at Roanoke College where she was a two-year captain and four-year starter for the Maroons.

During her playing career, Foster was named to the All-ODAC First Team three times, All-State First Team three times, and as well as the IWLCA All-Region Teams three times. In 2022, Foster helped lead the Maroons to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2009.
