Alexandria Thees joined Randolph-Macon's Women's Volleyball staff in May 2025 and will operate as the Assistant Coach for the first year under Head Coach Jack Wilson in 2026.
In her first season with the Yellow Jackets, she helped guide her team to a 12-14 campaign, where they took part in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference postseason tournament.
Thees served as a graduate assistant on staff for University of Louisiana Monroe Women’s Volleyball, specializing with setters and defenders. Her stint with the Warhawks was a return to the Sun Belt Conference, where she spent her freshman season at Georgia State University.
With the Panthers, Thees played in all 20 matches and totaled 177 assists on the season. In 2021, Thees transferred to Augusta University, where she starred as a setter and a defensive specialist. Over three years with the Jaguars, she accumulated 536 digs, including two seasons of over 200 digs, as well as 488 assists. Thees helped the Jaguars reach the Elite Eight for the first time in program history in 2021 and reached the Sweet Sixteen in 2023.
Ally graduated from Augusta University in 2023 with a degree in Business Administration and graduated from University of Louisiana Monroe in 2024.
