• Appeared in 28 matches and 100 sets for R-MC
• Finished third on the team in assists with 110
• Led the team in Digs for the fourth straight year with 512 and 5.12 digs per set
• Registered a season-high 42 digs against Cabrini on Sep. 2
• Broke the ODAC and R-MC record for digs in a career with 2,095
• Named to All-ODAC First Team, AVCA All-South Honorable Mention, and was named to the VaSID All-State Volleyball First Team 

2016 -- Junior 

• Played in all 32 matches for the Yellow Jackets at DS/L
• Had 82 assists, 30 service aces, and a team high 504 digs
• Was awarded All-ODAC First Team and AVCA All-South Region Honorable Mention Honors

2015 -- Sophomore

• Was named Honorable Mention All-South Region Team, Galloway NJ Regional All-Tournament Team, First Team All-ODAC, All-ODAC Tournament Team
• In the record-setting season for the Yellow Jackets that reached the National Quarterfinals, Sallade broke the Randolph-Macon record for digs and led the ODAC with 611
• Currently sits eighth on the R-MC All-Time career digs list with 1,079
• Had a season-high 31 digs against Wartburg, and totaled 63 digs over three matches at the NCAA Galloway Regional

2014 -- Freshman

• Played in 99 sets in 31 matches in her first season as a defensive specialist with the Yellow Jackets
• Led the team in digs with 468, averaging 4.73 digs per set
• Registered 79 assists (fourth on the team), 23 service aces (fourth on the team), and five kills for the season
• Received First Team All-ODAC honors

High School

• Comes to the Yellow Jackets having garnered several awards in her high school career
• Was named 1st Team All-Conference and All-State three years in a row
• Was also named MVP in 2011 and 2013 and was a member of the All-Tournament Team all four years at Peninsula Catholic
• Led the Knights to two TCIS Conference Championships, a State Championship, and an AAU Runner-Up finish
