As a freshman (2015): In her first season for the Yellow Jackets, Gomez helped R-MC reach the National Quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament...She tallied 31 kills, 10 digs and 25 total blocks (sixth on the team)...Gomez recorded a season-high four kills on the road against St. Mary's (Md.) (9/19) and four blocks against Millsaps (10/31).

Personal: Sabrina attended Kellam High School where she lettered in volleyball and swimming...In 2012, Sabrina helped the Knights claim their third consecutive State Championship. In addition, the Knights claimed the Beach District Championship, Regional Championship and the regular season title...In 2013, Sabrina led the team to the District Championship...In 2014, Kellam claimed the conference tournament...In 2015, the Knights finished the season as the Regional Runner-Up...In her prep career, Sabrina received the 2014 season Coaches Award, Honorable Mention All-Conference, Second Team All-Conference and Beach District Honorable Mention...In 2013, she was on the Top 5 Blockers in Virginia list...Sabrina was a member of the National Honor Society and achieved Honor Roll and Dean's List...She intends to pursue a degree in computer science.
