Randolph-Macon College

As a senior (2018):

• Appeared in all 18 games for the Yellow Jackets making 17 starts
• Led the team and was fifth in the ODAC with 42 ground balls, tallying a season-high nine in a win at Lynchburg
• Led the team and was seventh in the ODAC in caused turnovers with 25.
• Was a First Team All-ODAC selection, a VaSID Second Team selection, and named to the All-Chesapeake Region Second Team

As a junior (2017):

• Appeared in all 17 games for the Yellow Jackets, starting 17 of them
• Scored four goals and recorded one assist on the season and was tied for fourth on the team with 25 ground balls
• Recorded a season-high two goals in an April 8 win over Randolph as well as having a season-high four ground balls in that game

As a sophomore (2016): 

• Appeared in 13 games for the Yellow Jackets
• Alvanos scored three goals and assisted three
• She won seven draw controls and fielded eight ground balls

As a freshman (2015):

• Did not appear in a game during the 2015 season due to injury

Personal:

• Attended New Hartford where she played lacrosse, soccer and basketball
• She was named Most Valuable Player for lacrosse in 2011, 2012 and 2014 and was also named MVP for soccer in 2012
• Her mother, Barbara Alvanos, played basketball at Drexel University and her father, Pete Alvanos, played lacrosse at Drexel University
• Intends to major in communication studies
