As a Senior (2014-15): Betsy started 16 games for the Yellow Jackets...She recorded 15 goals and 10 assists...Betsy had a season-high five points against Guilford (3/14) with four goals and one assist...She picked up 11 groundballs, including one in each of the first six games of the season...Betsy won 10 draw controls and caused three turnovers.
As a Junior (2013-14): Betsy appeared in 17 games, starting in 13 of them. She recorded 13 goals and six assists, while also picking up 30 ground balls and notching 20 draw controls. She netted three goals and one assist to give her a season high of four points against Roanoke (4/22). At the end of the season, Betsy was named to the 2014 ODAC All Tournament Team and the ODAC All-Academic Team.
As a Sophomore (2012-13): Betsy appeared in 15 games, starting in 14 of them. She recorded a total of 24 goals, 21 assists, 18 ground ball pick-ups, 10 draw controls, and seven caused turnovers. She had a season high of eight points against Calvin (3/19) with five goals and three assists on the game. Betsy ended the season leading the team in assists and fifth on the team in goals. This placed her as second on the team in overall points with 46.
As a Freshman (2011-12)… Started 10 of 18 games in her rookie season for the Yellow Jackets … Finished the season third on the team in goals with 31 … Picked up 16 ground balls and won 26 draw controls … Notched the over-time game winning goal against Bridgewater College 12-11.
Personal... Betsy attended Roland Park Country School where she earned four varsity letters in soccer, one in lacrosse and one in badminton ... She led her high school soccer team to a Runner Up title her senior season ... Betsy was also named an IAAM All-Star her senior year ... She earned Heads Commendation her freshman year in Biology as well as Honor Roll and Mu Alpha Theta her senior year. Betsy intends to major in Arts Management.
