Randolph-Macon College

As a sophomore (2017-18)

• Was recognized as an All-ODAC Third Team member
• Earned a 5th Place finish in the 200-Yard Back at the ODAC Championships with a time of 2:02.92
• Earned a personal best in the 100 Back, 200 Back and 400 IM at the ODAC Championships

As a freshman (2016-17)

• Howard swam the 50, 100, and 200 Free, the 100 Fly, and the 100 Back for the Yellow Jackets
• Finished seventh in 50 Free, ninth in 100 Free, and eighth in 200 Free at ODAC Championships 

High School

• Howard attended James Monroe High School where he lettered in swimming and golf for all four years
• Helped his team win the Battlefield District Championship as a freshman and finish third at 3A States his sophomore year
• Was captain of the Yellow Jackets and was named MVP his senior year
• He was recognized to the 3A All-State team as a junior
• Individually, he won the 3A Regional Championship in 100 Back and 200 Free his senior year and won the Battlefield District Championship in the 200 Free as a freshman
• Howard was the named James Monroe High School Male Student-Athlete of the Year for 2016
