Biography

As a senior (2015): Surkamp appeared in eight games for the Yellow Jackets…He recorded a goal on September 13th in a 2-0 victory over FDU-Florham.

As a junior (2014): Surkamp played in 12 games on offense…tallied eight shots and two shots on goal in his junior season for the Yellow Jackets....Mitchell was named to the ODAC All-Academic Team for his accomplishments in the classroom.

As a sophomore (2013): Surkamp started three games and appeared in 15 on offense..He tallied one goal, three assists, five points, seven shots, and four shots on goal... He scored the game winning goal against Wesley (8/31).

As a freshman (2012): Surkamp appeared in 15 games, making three starts as a forward for the Yellow Jackets...He dished out one assist and tallied eight total shots on the season.

Personal: Mitchell attended Osbourn Park High School where he earned two varsity letters in soccer...He led his team to a Cardinal District regular season and tournament championship title his junior and senior seasons and a top 10 national ranking (6th)...Mitchell intends to major in Biology with a focus on Pre-Med.
