As a junior (2014): In his third season for the Yellow Jackets, Noordanus appeared in all 17 games, staring 15 of them as a defender…He tallied four assists and five shots with two shots on goal…Greg had a season-high two assists against Lebanon Valley (8/30)…Noordanus was named to the All-ODAC Third Team and the ODAC All-Academic Team.
As a sophomore (2013): Noordanus started all 16 games as a midfielder for R-MC...He tallied one goal, two points, 10 shots with four shots on goal...Greg scored against Fisher (10/13)...He registered three shots against Shenandoah (10/23)...Noordanus was named Third Team All-ODAC.
As a freshman (2012): Noordanus appeared in 15 games, earning 13 starts in his first season as a defender for the Yellow Jackets...Greg tallied four shots on the season.
Personal: Greg earned five varsity letters in soccer, five in wrestling and three in lacrosse while attending Cape Henry Collegiate School...He helped lead his soccer team to a TCIS championship title in 2010 and regular season championship in 2010 and 2011...He led his wrestling team to the TCIS regular season championship in 2009-2012, the tournament championship in 2008-2012 and Best mid mixed school for state tournament in 2009-2012, placing 4th, 6th, 3rd and 2nd ... He also led his lacrosse team to a TCIS district championship in 2011 ... Greg was a recipeint of the CHPA award, lacrosse coach's award in 2012, the soccer coach's award in 2012...He also earned All-Conference (2009-2011), All-State (2010, 2011) and All-Tidewater (2010, 2011) soccer honors and TCIS wrestling champion in 2009-2012 ... Greg was born in Holland and moved to the US when he was 11 (that is why most of his sports teams in the US call him Dutch).
