Zach Nedbalski enters his  second season on the R-MCmen's lacrosse. He will serve as a defenseive coordinator andassist with recruiting.

Nedbalski comes to R-MC after spending the 2007-2008 season inLondon, England. As a Local Development Officer for the EnglishLacrosse Association, Nedbalski helped develop lacrosse in SouthLondon primary and secondary schools. He created lesson plans,practice plans, and coached a U-16 and men's team.

Before heading across the pond, Nedbalski attended Queen'sUniversity of Charlotte in North Carolina, where he earned hisBachelor of Arts degree in History in May 2007. As a member of thelacrosse team, Nedbalski served as a two-year captain and won theCoach's Award in 2007 and 2008. During his junior season, theRoyals snapped Limestone's 64-game conference win streak and wereranked in the USILA Division II Top 10.

Nedbalski is a native of Endicott, New York.
