2025-26 - In his third season on staff, Roswech continued his guidance in keeping RMC as one of the top division III programs. The Lemon and Black finished the season with a 27-4 record with another trip to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. Randolph-Macon continued to perform at a high level throughout a demanding schedule, picking up multiple wins over nationally ranked opponents and once again proving it could compete with some of the best programs in the country. Those signature victories helped solidify the Yellow Jackets as a consistent presence in the national rankings and positioned them for another strong postseason run. After a successful ODAC campaign marked by sustained success against top conference rivals, Randolph-Macon once again earned an NCAA Tournament berth, extending its impressive streak of consecutive postseason appearances. In the NCAA Tournament, the Yellow Jackets added to their recent history of success with another deep run, advancing through early-round matchups and continuing to demonstrate the same identity that has defined the program in recent years—elite half-court defense, disciplined offensive execution, and physical rebounding.
2024-25 - In his second season on staff, Roswech once again helped RMC to continue its dominance in division III. The Yellow Jackets finished the season with an overall record of 24-5, continuing its streak of high-level consistency and once again competing near the top of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC). During the regular season, Randolph-Macon picked up key wins over ODAC rivals such as Guilford, Washington and Lee, and Hampden-Sydney while sustaining its identity as an elite defensive team. The Yellow Jackets again proved dominant in conference play, finishing near the top of the standings and earning a high seed in the ODAC Tournament. In the postseason, they advanced through conference tournament play and earned another NCAA Tournament berth, continuing their run of frequent national appearances. In the NCAA Tournament, Randolph-Macon extended its season with multiple wins, advancing to the sectional rounds before eventually falling just short of a deeper run. Across the year, the team was defined by its physical defense, balanced scoring, and ability to control games through tempo and execution.
2023-24 - In his first season on staff, Roswech helped the Yellow Jackets to an overall record of 25-5 and remained among the nation’s elite throughout the year. The team navigated a demanding schedule that included matchups against nationally respected programs such as Christopher Newport, Hampden-Sydney, Guilford, and Washington and Lee. After a strong regular season and another impressive run through ODAC play, the Yellow Jackets advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fifth consecutive year. Randolph-Macon earned postseason victories over Baruch and Saint Joseph (Conn.) to reach the NCAA Tournament sectional rounds once again, continuing the program’s tradition of deep postseason success. Roswech helped guide the Yellow Jackets balanced roster that emphasized tough half-court defense, efficient shooting, and disciplined team basketball, averaging 71 points per game while holding opponents to just over 56 points per contest.
Before Randolph-Macon - Roswech has been an assistant coach in the high school ranks at Thomas Dale High School in Chester, VA. Roswech also works with the local AAU program, Team Richmond, and assisted with the development of multiple collegiate players of all levels. In addition to his coaching duties with Team Richmond, Roswech has worked with Team Richmond players of various age groups in player and skill development.

Before coaching at the high school and AAU level, Roswech completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Richmond. During this time, Roswech served as a four year student manager for the men's basketball staff under Head Coach Chris Mooney, with his last three years serving as the program's head student manager. Roswech's responsibilities at University of Richmond included travel logistics, facilities management, recruiting operations, and assisting with weekly workouts, practices, and games. During Roswech's last year with the program, the Richmond Spiders won the 2021-2022 Atlantic Ten conference tournament and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament after defeating the University of Iowa in the first round.
Connor met his wife Rebekah at the University of Richmond and they married in the summer of 2025.
Roswech is originally a native of Morris County, NJ.
